Air Cooled Residential Chiller with Scroll Compressor

  • Welded structural base painted with mono component catalyzed primer sprayed paint.
  • Base is equipped with welded brackets for heavy duty lifting lugs.

  • The WPSa series meets or exceeds the new ASHRAE 90.1 efficiency levels at both full and part load efficiency.
  • The WPSa series is available as a door way or extended chassis design
  • The WPSa chillers feature compact footprints and are suitable for close-spacing installation to serve the areas that have space constraints.
  • To ensure the best performance, all the chillers in the WPSa series are factory-run tested, produced in an ISO 9001-2015 listed manufacturing facility & certified according to AHRI standard 550/590.
  • Installation is made quick and easy with complete factory wiring, easy lifting provisions, factory installed options and start-up. To eliminate potential start-up problems, a complete factory- test run is performed on each unit.
  • Suction lines are insulated with closed cell foam insulation, then wrapped with a special protective material and finally epoxy coated. This gives further protection for the insulation against weather and other factors.

Comfort Maker

Petra understands the importance of environmental control for sensitive equipment and offers its Computer Room Split Air Conditioner.PASC Series is specifically designed to be used wherever temperature, humidity and filtered air have to be controlled continuously within close tolerance limits.Sensitive Electronic devices require demanding & controllable environment throughout the year (24/7). Such devices have to be controlled in terms of humidity and internal temperature to close tolerance limits.Typical requirements of such environment is to maintain internal conditions  between 16-28 °C (60.8-82.4 °F) with moisture content of 50-60% relative humidity.Computers & communications systems generate 6-10 times the heat load of normal occupied spaces and they require state of art air conditioning equipment to control them They can be installed in data centers, tele-communications centers, laboratories, computer server data rooms, network operation centers, testing facilities and others.

  • The units can be installed on the roof as free discharge units or internally as ducted discharge units depending on the application and the customer’s requirement.
  • Factory pre-wiring and testing of all electrical components such as motor, air flow switches, controllers and failure switches guarantees high performance levels and reduces the required work at the site.
  • Maintenance for the unit may be done by removing the top access cover that provides an area large enough for all types of maintenance. The electrical box is accessible from outside the casing.
  • For special cases where standard designs do not fulfill the customer’s requirements, custom-made designs can be made available.

Fan Coil Units (DC Series)

PETRA’s fan coil units (DC Series) are designed for applications with medium static pressure. The units are particularly suitable for concealed or exposed ceiling or floor applications with ducted air distribution.This series covers an airflow range from 283 to 1,416 L/s (600 to 3,000 CFM). The standard unit is comprised of a coil suitable for both chilled and hot water, a fan section with direct drive centrifugal fan and a flat filter. Low water flow rate units are available with 9.8⁰C (16⁰F) temperature difference between inlet & outlet water.

1- Ceiling Basic Model with Plenum (DCP)

DCP models are designed for concealed ceiling installation above false ceiling with ducted supply air distribution and free return of air above the false ceiling. The plenum encloses the fan section of the basic unit. Units of this type consist of a coil, fan and flat filter

2- Ceiling Basic Model (DCB)

Units of this type consist of a coil and fan without a return plenum or filter

3- Ceiling Cabinet Model (DCC)

This is an enclosed version of the DCB model with a cabinet for ceiling installation either above the false ceiling or exposed. The cabinet is fabricated from heavy gauge galvanized steel with removable panels. This model is supplied with a return and supply duct connection and consists of a coil, fan and filter (side withdrawal type)

4- Vertical Cabinet Model (DCV)

This is an enclosed version of the DCB model with a cabinet for floor mounting with vertical air discharge and front return air. The cabinet is fabricated from heavy gauge galvanized steel with removable panels. This model is supplied with return and supply duct connections and consists of a coil, fan and flat filter (front withdrawal type)
