Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily office operations, supporting administrative staff, handling office equipment, providing customer service, and managing general office administration. The role is located in New Cairo.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 Years of Experience Mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in administrative assistance and office management
- Knowledge of necessary office equipment and supplies management
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in office administration, including scheduling, billing, and record keeping
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
- Own a car & driver licence.
